      Pros

      Great co-workers and management The company is growing, so the job security feels stable (at least for now) Depending on the department needs, management allows some flexibility with scheduling to accommodate for lunchtime work outs.

      Cons

      The employee resource team appears to be an average marketing team (communications include bad links, suggestions where to find things, but the resource doesn't exist) and it's more of the company legal department; interaction with them does not leave you feeling the team wants to better your environment and that replying to e-mails is an annoyance to them.       Company is great, pay is great, benefits are great. They actually care about their employees. Never had a job that cares. It's really nice.
