      Juvenile behavior in QA team borderline sexual harrasement (As a 'xxx' I would like to 'service' my employees better....)

At HealthEquity, we strive to create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and thus, we take any sexual harassment comment or complaint seriously - as that is not appropriate in any working environment. We encourage anyone who may feel uncomfortable to meet with our HR (People Team) to resolve the matter. We have discussed the matter with our QA and necessary leaders, and they as well are taking this seriously. Thank you for bringing this to light as we will make greater efforts to ensure we maintain a strong, positive, and trusting working environment at HealthEquity.

      Pros

      I personally think the best thing about Health Equity is their dedication to their employees. They are constantly "doing" for their employees, and they are committed to making Health Equity a great experience for all.

      Cons

      The one bad thing I feel Health Equity could work at is the organization of departments, people, and responsibilities. There seems to be allot of over lap when it comes to responsibilities.

      Thank you for the comments. The team does do a great job in ensuring a great experience for all. We are looking into a better avenue and easier way for team members to 'take the time to congratulate'.
