      work remotely, equipment provided, a few cool incentives

      Cons

      training does not prepare you for production, poor communication, lack of information, things change so much it's impossible for everyone to be on the same page causing a horrible experience for members, micromanaging, supervisors will hold you accountable for assumptions; very condescending
