My peers ( who were also very unhappy and trying to leave ).

Cons

Employees are overworked and underpaid; unhappy customers; the pay is terrible. There isn't a work/life balance. Upper management are mean-spirited people.

For the most part the job doesn't bleed into personal hours, depending on your position and ability to set work life balance.

Cons

Team members who under-perform are kept on the team and drag down the better players. Every customer is unhappy and employees are very limited in what they can do because of internal politics, thus leading to a lower standard of work. Senior management seems to only be concerned about their own financial gain and not the longevity and happiness of their employees and company. Pay is significantly under market value.

HealthMEDX is a fun casual environment! Everyone is treated like a professional at all times. Some companies treat their employees like a number and take the approach of "guilty until proven innocent." At HMX you are always treated like a professional from the moment you start. They offer great benefits - free employee health insurance and dental insurance - as well as 15 paid days off right off the bat! HealthMEDX is growing rapidly and we are here to stay!

Cons

I can't think of any cons...other than most people feel it is a con that it is located in Ozark Missouri...but actually it's a pretty great area.
