Pros

Excellent benefits package. Monthly company lunch and birthday cake. Work atmosphere.

Cons

Horrible management. Refuses to move forward; afraid of improvement. Some employees in positions for which they have no expertise. Working here is like fighting an uphill battle. Too many top management positions are remote. Makes for no understanding of daily work environment. Human Resources is biased toward its friends; does not make for a fair work environment.

Pros

Cares about Employees, Pay is great! Benefits affordable. Full Line of Benefits. Executive team very knowledgeable. Great place to work for. They have a vision and a drive that is very appealing to someone with ambition. They promote within. Very smart and talented employees. COO took the time with every employee which showed dedication. Not only in words but in action.

Cons

Company dealing with employee uncertainty since the company was acquired few years ago. Employees don't get that they where acquired for the talent!

Poor communication, ignores employees

Pros

Semi flexible schedule, casual dress, good knowledge among front line employees. Generally casual work environment, including recreation areas on campus.

Cons

Communication is generally poor and inconsistent. Employee surveys are conducted "anonymously", however enough identifying information is collected that it would be possible to narrow down who's survey it was to two or three employees. Negative results are explained away by saying employees didn't understand the questions. Far too many meetings to be conducive to productivity. Management equates talking at employees to communicating. There is an honesty problem with communication, also.
