They allow you to have time off.

Cons

They constantly hire people with no child-care so they are unable to show up for work a lot. They leave the client out of the loop with what they are doing and then blame the employees.

Decent Company, But Not Livable Wages

Pros

This is a decent company. Everyone is pretty nice, the office environment is good, and it has some remote positions. Employees are fairly good people and management is fair.

Cons

Don't expect to make ends meet. If you want a job right out of college, great, but you won't be living independent/staying long on $12/hr. Great for people that are married/depend on others for living expenses, but not for singles struggling to make ends meet. There's also not a lot of room for job growth/promotion.
