Pros
A Fort Worth location. Nice facility. Plenty of work, as many of the legacy systems are really old and need updating.
Cons
Management has driven this company into the ground. Failure to react, or reacting in the wrong direction has caused revenues to drop more than 50% over the last 2 years. Benefits are average or below average. Compensation is spotty, some underpaid, some overpaid. Hard to understand company direction, as there is little to no communication (this is actually getting a little better from the very top, but not necessarily from mid management) Some leaders are there based on tenure, not qualification. Some lack the proper education/experience to run a team/department.
