Pros

Flexible schedule. work from home The promise of a large income in 5-20 years

Cons

You have to create your own schedule you have to be a self-starter you have to be able to manage your full schedule of clients by yourself. you need to understand all State Licensing and carrier rules. which can be so confusing and stupidly arranged you need to be able to be a great salesman and have enough money to survive until you grow your business The stress of having your full success on your own shoulders No base pay or ironically health benefits It'll be the hardest job you'll ever have.
