No support from local management, initial training consists of listening to someone sell on the phone for a week and then you're let loose to make it on your own. Their lead program is very poor quality. They will tell you otherwise, but it takes a good 18 months - 2 years before you start earning commissions. Only the very elite can have a shot at any of the extra incentives offered. Across the country, you'll find very disperate management styles and policies. It's a generally male dominated company across the board.
