      Pros

      Training, fun sales meetings, Ability to set your own schedule .

      Cons

      Commmisions are extremely low. Was mislead that leads we come in. It was actually a cold calling sales job .

      Pros

      HealthMarkets gives you the freedom to set your own schedule and manage your business in a way that fits your life, while at the same time providing the best possible support system in the industry bar none. In my years here my business has never stopped expanding and HealthMarkets has made continuous improvements in their structure, products and technology to allow me to focus on my main goal of helping clients with their insurance.

      Cons

      What's great about HealthMarkets is that the only con's we really run into have to do with industry and government regulations which can make work tedious but no one does a better job at streamlining and ensuring compliance than HM does which keeps me able to not lose focus on helping my clients.

      Pros

      I can't speak for other parts of the country, but in Massachusetts and New Hampshire the training and support is superior. You have the opportunity to be as successful as you like, whether you are a 100% in or just looking to augment your income.

      Cons

      Weekly attendance at office meetlngs is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. Attendance at monthly compliance training meetings is mandatory.
