Pros

Training is quality and on-going, Technology is very high level, Transparency with data, numbers, things that need improvement and best practices. True business partnership with my Territory VP-he invests in me while I'm an investing in myself. Truly a way to own a business with minimal risk or financial investment. If you are willing to follow their marketing steps you can be a success. I get to be in Sales but actually help people every day.

Cons

The first thing that comes to mind is actually what I love best: no supervisor and definitely not being Micromanaged. However, some people can't handle the freedom. Anytime I ask my support links for help they're there but they aren't pushing me out the door every day.

HealthMarkets provides currencies that allow entrepreneurial-minded individuals to do more and make more. Senior leadership has figured out how to navigate in a turbulent environment and create an opportunity for hard-working advisers to make an incredible income. My top agent made over $600K in the rural mid-west in 2015.

Cons

Requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable to being effective and efficient with the time invested in the business. The business will fly or die based solely on what the agent does or does not do each week. Some people cannot work for themselves and need to work for someone else.

not that i can think off. only you learn how the insurance business is like.

Cons

i am not a liar and i do not need to write this down if it is not true this occupation was a complete waste of my time and money. goal was to make a reliable income. the people that are successful here are not doing their job of looking out for the people who truly want to be successful over here. there is so many flaws its not even a joke i look out for people if you want to earn a reliable income this is not the occupation nor organization for you so please just look into another occupation .
