Pros

Being able to work from home. Compared to other companies pay is a little better.

Cons

Emphasis is on numbers for billing not Chronic Care Management. High case loads. Patient care is never the focuse when it comes to doing the job. Health insurance too expensive.

Work from home. There is no other pro

Cons

This place continues to go down every day. I’ve given it a year and it’s time to leave. Just when you think it cannot get worse, they surprise you and get worse. You are to do as your told whether you understand it or not. You cannot question them or you’re being negative or disrespectful. If you want off for an hour and you’ll make the time off you need a note and may have a PIP. There’s so much wrong here. There are plenty of other jobs to chose from to come here.
