Fully Remote Good Training and Resources

Micromanaged Favoritism Back Stabbing Managers and Supervisors Poor PTO time Only Care About The Money Not The Employees or Patients You are micromanaged on every second you work there Biggest turnover I have seen in any company I have ever worked for Employees are nothing more than a number Unrealistic Metrics - several different metrics Constant inconsistent changes

You get to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging. All supervisors want you to do is compete against each other to make their team look the best. Pay is terrible. Pto is terrible. You have to make up all of your hours even if it’s last minute/emergencies.

Staff nice friendly, diversity, but I didn’t like the training.

Cons

Notes you have to press timer Everytime you change subject from chronic care to devices while on calls too much.
