      You get to work from home

      Cons

      Micromanaging. All supervisors want you to do is compete against each other to make their team look the best. Pay is terrible. Pto is terrible. You have to make up all of your hours even if it’s last minute/emergencies.

      Health insurance is very expensive, low pay, no raises, the sales team makes more then anyone there
