Pros

Work life balance is good Healthcare benefits is good

Cons

Travel is a difficult area to work in. It's very cliquey. They "want you to be promoted to recruiter" but heavily misrepresent the position, requirements, and pay. They like to say that you will make 6-figures within your first year, but you will not. Not unless you eat, sleep, and breathe HealthTrust. Keep in mind that while you may do okay, what you make is dependent on who you sign and HCA Healthcare has a terrible reputation in the medical world when it comes to employee treatment and environment. If you LIKE sales and do well in sales, this actually might be for you. You're pitching dreams, not promises, to get a bite on a line and try to get commissions. It's going to be draining. It's going to be tough. It's going to be competitive. There are other travel agencies who treat employees better. If you're interviewing and they promised you greatness, prepare yourself not to get it.

Pros

The office building is safe. It has a nice cafeteria and gym and a Dunkin at the bottom.

Cons

Pray that you get a Manager who actually cares about you because this company will not. They pay very low and do not care about current market for salaries. They do not care about retention. They reward senior management for little to no reason while neglecting employees below that rank. They do not promote based on merit. They will hire externally for significantly higher pay and keep internals as low as possible. They shame you for remote work despite technically allowing it. Very cliquey and “good old boy” style.
