      Pros

      This is a great workplace with good compensation. You meet a lot of great people who help you along the way develop into a good employee.

      Cons

      It is very time consuming. Sometimes you may have to work 16 hour shifts. May be away from your family for months at a time.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Great benefits and lots of activities for employees. Constantly working to keep morale up for office staff.

      Cons

      Too much reorganizing that is not effective. Rapidly changing methods and ideas keep everyone confused. They focus on the end and not on the real problems.
