      Patient Centered Great doctors and providers Has employee engagement team to appreciate hard work of employees Growth opportunities from within company Quality care for patients

      Cons

      A lot of manual processes when there is great technology available. No ability to work different shifts to accommodate good staff that can't work 8-5. Recruiting is much harder and thinking outside the box can help recruit and maintain excellent staff.

      The opportunities at HOPCo are endless. I love the leaders that I work with. We empower one another to be the best versions of ourselves. There is so much to learn and if you are looking for growth, this is the right place.

      Cons

      Previous management did not handle their teams and our patients billing concerns correctly which caused for their to be a lot of very unhappy employees and patients. This caused a lot of work for the new team coming on board. But it was a challenge that I excepted and I am thankful that I did.

      - Great place to be able to prove yourself and show what you can do - Company direction is clear, everyone is driving towards the same goal - Great outlook for the company moving forward within the healthcare space - Visionary view of where healthcare is going and tools to make the vision reality

      Cons

      The company culture emphasis continued improvement and is a driving environment. For those that want to just come to work and not drive for something better, it will be a challenge to fit into the culture.
