      Cubicles High turnover Extremely disorganized management No leadership or guidance to improve in your roll Management heavy - At one point there were 5 managers to 4 employees on my team Managers will not trust you to do what they've hired you to do Managers will work over your shoulder and don't trust your professional experience or training Management will tell you how much time you are wasting and then constantly tell stories and joke for hours in the day

      Its a paycheck and you do have benefits.

      Cons

      Completely disjointed from front office to back office. Disgruntled long time employees make a new person feel like they picked the wrong job. Supervisors give almost no training on what you need to do. No organization to training or what is expected of staff. No notification about changes in schedules or if anything important is going on in the office.
