      The company and its leadership are innovative and dynamic. The pace is fast but exciting and rewarding. The company offers a myriad of opportunities to build and create new ways of delivering care and alternate ways of getting paid for that care. It is a great place for people who are passionate about improving the quality and cost of healthcare.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly and is a good fit for those who are self-starters, change agents, and enjoy building and creating new solutions. It is not a good fit for those who just want to do the same thing over and over again.

      Patient Centered Great doctors and providers Has employee engagement team to appreciate hard work of employees Growth opportunities from within company Quality care for patients

      Cons

      A lot of manual processes when there is great technology available. No ability to work different shifts to accommodate good staff that can't work 8-5. Recruiting is much harder and thinking outside the box can help recruit and maintain excellent staff.

      Pros

      The opportunities at HOPCo are endless. I love the leaders that I work with. We empower one another to be the best versions of ourselves. There is so much to learn and if you are looking for growth, this is the right place.

      Cons

      Previous management did not handle their teams and our patients billing concerns correctly which caused for their to be a lot of very unhappy employees and patients. This caused a lot of work for the new team coming on board. But it was a challenge that I excepted and I am thankful that I did.
