Pros

Leadership Opportunities: Early exposure to managing staff, budgets, and operations. Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program: Clear pathway for advancement into leadership roles. HUB Learn-upon Training System: In-depth online modules that prepare employees for supervisory and management responsibilities. Google Training Sessions: Extra resources to sharpen skills and stay updated. Career Ladder: Many employees move from frontline roles (Cook, Housekeeper, Supervisor) into Account Manager and eventually District Manager positions.

Cons

High Turnover Long hours and demanding schedules are frequently mentioned. Frontline staff turnover can be high, which puts extra pressure on supervisors and account managers. Constant need to recruit and train new employees.

Pros

- Flexible schedule - could come in early or later if needed. - Receive a small bonus if you have a deficiency free building. - It is a good first job for a RD with no experience to gain what they need and move on, or for a RD who has experience but lacks clinical experience & wants to strengthen clinical skills. - RD supervisors were a helpful resource during my time working there. - There is a pretty decent work/life balance.

Cons

- Starting pay was fine but I found out they don't do annual raises, so that was a major turn off for me...in this economy no raises isn't going to cut it. - Health plan benefits are subpar. - Depending on the building you're assigned to there can be clashes with upper management at the facility. - Didn't feel like I had much autonomy over my recommendations and was micromanaged by management at the facility (not my RD supervisors). - There is concern about job security if the building you're assigned to is at risk for closure. - Depending on the building, the overall culture can be toxic/draining at times.

Pros

This was great learning experience adding knowledge and value to the position that I hold, allowing me to teach account managers and staff more in detail of why operations work how they do to ensure a great dining experience! Also I learned great ways to manage and offered lots of input as well as received great input! This was very beneficial.

Cons

More in depth training on the systems.
