      Pros

      I really enjoy working for HCSG, they have been very flexible with my schedule. Great time off and assistance with RD fees and CEUs.

      The work itself is demanding

      Healthcare Services Loyalty, Falls Short

      Pros

      Working with the company as a Dietitian was a good experience. I enjoyed withing with the operations district an regional managers ensure the best quality of care for the residents we were contract with.

      Cons

      As years went on the Dietitian component increased and when it came time for my annual evaluation and honestly I could only remembering getting one. During the evaluation the Dietitian boss stated that I wouldn't be getting a annual raise/increase because I was making to much money. I relocated to a different state and 4 years later the company lost the contract . They made no efforts to work me as a Dietitian.
