      Flexibility, competitive pay, lots of benefits like telemedicine, tickets at work discounts, CEU reimbursement. Longevity of leadership; leaders who care about their employees.

      Cons

      Mileage reimbursement rates are low.

      Pros

      The job itself allows for challenges to constantly grow my knowledge in the industry. I enjoy working with the patients and staff at my buildings. And as a working Mom, I've loved the flexibility the job offers and the immense opportunities there are to move up the career ladder. Highly recommend this company.
