The residents I encounter are amazing people and I love spending my time with them.

Cons

I feel as if I have no support from higher ups. I am left to do everything myself. I answer to 2 separate corporations who are never happy. No one recognizes hard word and dedication. Feel powerless

I had the chance to work with corporate office management and was able to meet the CEO when he did a meet and greet. I had the opportunity to work with good district and regional managers that cared about their employees, success, and accomplishments.

Cons

When a new manager comes in. They are making more money than the current managers.
