      Pros

      Learning experience is really the only positive thing to say about the company, I honestly believe it is the region, not the company as a whole

      Cons

      Minimal training, management just throws you into position and expects you to know everything and have all paperwork and reports in order, lack of help from district manager, district manager definitely shows favoritism

      Good Experience, the job title looks good on resume. Work environment was nice if you enjoy helping the elderly.

      Cons

      Unethical company that promises the world and overworks you for minimal pay. They make the job seem so great in the interview but rarely if ever follow through with what they promise.
