If you run your account/district/region like its your own business, then you'll succeed. Too many people on here, I've read, say they are over worked and under paid - wonder what their parents would say about that? Successful people put the effort in, and if you're smart enough, you won't be working 50-70hr weeks. This is management, which includes managing your own time. If you can't do that, and don't have a competitive edge to your work ethic, then go pump gas and have no responsibility. The information on the industry is all there, you just need to learn it. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.
