      A good place to work, where you litterally start from the ground up.

      Pros

      The ability to meet new people everyday! District mangers provide support and communicate with account managers very well on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Long hours some weeks, can be stressful. Not entirely certain if all of state and national labor laws are taught properly to account managers.

      The potential for growth with the company is tremendous, and a good start to a career in a struggling economy.

      Cons

      Does have some long hours, can be streeful at times as with any job on todays economy. benefits are expensive.

      meet many kind residents in the facility.

      Cons

      the pay promised never happens. the starting pay is around 22,000 for women and 25,000 for men. There is no real training program to speak of or any real managenet support i worked for a facility in wilmington for 1 year before i resigned and moved away . started at 25000 should have been at 34,000 by that time as promised when hired but did not happen. promotion form within is not great. most pass up promotion and they just go down a list untill someone takes the job. not much chance for growth ,
