      Pros

      Monday thru Friday hours 7 am to 3 pm IF you have a good staff. Fairly flexible with time off when needed.

      Cons

      As a management service for nursing homes you are expected to go in when there are ANY issues with staffing. You will be asked to work on overnight projects for other buildings as well as your own, go in or check in on holidays and basically be available 24/7. Horrible benefits. If you want to try and move up in the company they will work you and work you for a long time and there may never be any openings. The company consistently grows but you have to have an "in" to move up. Raise requests are ignored one you reach $30,000. annual salary. Very little support (if any) from upper management.

      Pros

      The company provides every employee Health insurance, dental and 401k plan. Also. the company offers vision health insurance, too. On the other side you have to pay some part of the health insurance.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is difficult to adjust your working schedule with your social life needs. Every one needs special time like sickness, fever child, etc. Sometimes it is hard to adjust both schedules.
