      We have a great model for growing people within the company as well as tools to be successful at every level of the job. The people I've worked with are amazing who strive to make a difference.

      Cons

      Some positions are underpaid in comparison with our competition. Making things difficult in terms of hiring and retaining.

      I love being paid hourly and having flexibility to accomplish my work.

      Cons

      Division of RD's and Dietary is a con as RDs really do have much to offer the kitchen. But it is also a blessing to just take care of the clinical side.
