Directors and management were forever changing. Pay is low compared to other places. They increased the number of admits with no raise in staffing. It caused a very heavy work load. At one point I was in charge of 16 patients at one time in my room. It was unsafe and burn out came fast. They need more space and more staff for the amount of patients they take on.
