Pros

When I first started everyone was incredibly welcoming and eager to help me out. The work culture is very inclusive. My onboarding experience was great especially considering the fact I had to meet mostly everyone remotely. They're also considerate and flexible with keeping a good work life balance. They truly care for and appreciate their employees and the work we do.

Cons

I would say overall HealthcareSource has been a great company to work for and I have nothing negative to say about the company or the people who work here. However, if I could change one thing I would say 401k matching could be better.

2.5 to maybe 3 Star. Abililty to work dog hard and make money, culture was nepotistic at times

Pros

Great niche and great product mix to serve customer needs. Marketing did a great job packaging and presenting to the outside world. Commissions could be great.

Cons

Too nepotistic too often. Recognition was not equal or commensurate to performance. Too often you are a cog in the wheel rather than appreciated as an individual. The culture was one where leadership was able to play favorites and provided unequal help to select people allowing them to grow in responsibility. Recent changes moved sales leadership with fraternity antics / bully personality out and could impact the culture?
