Pros

The culture here was great. Life/work balance was heavily respected. Plenty of PTO. Good work was acknowledged.

Cons

No raise in years. The culture that was good is mostly gone. Talent is moving on.

Pros

Each individual contributor at this company is smart, kind and great to work with. I love working with the people at this company.

Cons

Due to recent events with the pandemic, incremental pay increases were paused, understandably. However, with all of the hard work and struggles that we each go through, I want bonuses and pay increases to be reinstated with certainty.
