I loved the management and community that this comany has built. Everyone is very professional and enjoyable to work with.

Its a mobile company so your required to drive around to different locations.

Pros

Hands down, the colleagues I worked with. Whether in-office or remote, this aspect of the company's culture was stronger than any other organization I've worked in. With the exception of a few extraordinarily bad seeds, (to be clear, these exceptions are very skilled at being organizationally toxic) the willingness to help, partner, and solution is contagious. Big kudos to the prior executive mgmt for somehow getting that piece right.

Cons

No consistent, helpful staff communication behind small, or large decisions; There is no concept of a true management structure to support the staff within each department. For anything beyond help from colleagues, you're going to fly solo searching for help or answers; Sense of divisiveness between staff and mid-management and the executive team; Poor level setting around expectations.
