1. As close to a real open-door policy as can be Management/admin are understanding and flexible. When there were emergencies and personal issues, management was understanding and only asked how long I may be out for, if I needed anything and even contributed (unprompted) to an emergency situation during a natural disaster event. 2. Opportunities for more agency in your role. While a medium-large business, they give space for individual agency and creativity. I know of such cases not only in my department but several others. 3. Willing to listen They aren't perfect and based on what I've heard and read in the past, there were growing pains. Speaking from my experience, I appreciate that if you communicate sincerely, they will listen sincerely. Whether they agree or disagree, the communication has always been strong.
Cons
1. Workload can get heavy Especially around events, things can get busy but the work environment has never been toxic. 2. Things can fall through the cracks If you are driving an idea or project and it doesn't affect other departments, you may need to push or nudge them to get them to action things at times. Everyone can get busy and that can mean you may need to be more proactive than writing a ticket on a board. 3. Workflows aren't all there If you are good at creating workflows and integrating, you will be invaluable. Their systems haven't all kept up with their growth and so there is a constant need for workflows and systems to address bottlenecks.

Healthy Gamer is an incredible place to work at. Everyone works incredibly hard and is always there to help you should you need it. All the staff are really driven to putting out the best work they can and it shows day-in and day-out. The mission of the company also makes working there fantastic. In the comments, testimonials, community, and replies, you really know you're making a difference.
Cons
The company is growing fast and could use some more specialized staff to help hit their goals in a faster, more efficient way.
