A failing media organization

Pros

A once flexible company - the only con at this point is that it's a creative work environment

Cons

The biggest thing you need to know about Hearst is that there is zero room for growth. This company has gone soooo downhill. Upper management sets impossible goals to hit, and their remote policy has gone out the window. Very, very strict on their 3 day in-office policy No room for growth
