Pros

The brands are respected and nationally known, and there are a lot of talented people doing great work despite tough working conditions.

Cons

Company brags about record revenue and profits while refusing to fill jobs and give people raises. People are burnt out. Biggest complainers often get their way, which makes it impossible to do groundbreaking work.
