Pros

I don't have anything good to say at the moment

Cons

The company does not promote minorities. The compensation does not meet the workload. There are a lot of major decisions made that affect employees and upper management does not disclose. However, It always comes to light. Walking on egg shells is the norm.

Pros

the Hearst tower is a beautiful place to work. It has a modern gym, cafe and a lot of natural sunlight. It's a solid company that supports creative ideas. The overall feeling of the corporation is friendly.

Cons

The downside to working at Hearst is that you are provided very small budgets to support the very much needed BIG ideas. They are extremely budget conscious, and it can be debilitating at times. There is also an open floor plan, so be prepared to work closely with others.
