Pros

A first class organization. When the company invests in a new property the upgrades are outstanding. The benefits package for employees is second to know one.

Cons

ABC Affiliates are always the priority in the group. The corporate culture is very New York. That attitude sometimes does not play well in the South.

Great place to work! Good management, great co workers, good pay and compensation.

Cons

No big turnover, hours are good family oriented and they know how to make work fun!

Pros

WESH 2 News is one of the news leaders in a Top 20 market. They are some of the best in the business of local news and the internship program is extremely helpful if you are hoping to start a career in news. There are hands-on opportunities to help in the news gathering process and interns are expected to do just that.

Cons

This is not really a con, but opportunities to help are typically not just handed to interns--they are there, but you really have to be a self-starter and reach out for them yourself.
