The growing pains of digital medai

Pros

Beautiful working facilities--location, building, cafeteria, gym, offices. Decent salaries and benefits, opportunities for growth. Because it's a private company, you are somewhat insulated from the harsh growth expectations associated with working at public companies.

Cons

Tension between new/old media staffs. For all publishers, it's a challenge navigating the new realities of digital media and you can feel that here. It's a large organization so it can feel less than nimble.
