Pros

- Working remotely - Light workload - Nice, competent people - Decent/competitive pay - Many people leave the company only to return - no major layoffs

Cons

There seems to be no upward movement. Many managers do not know what their subordinates are working on. Many people spend many years at the same role. People tend to take it easier since they will probably not be promoted. Can feel like running a marathon, not a race.
