Benefits are good

Pros

Good benefits, some autonomy for your individual practice, support for marketing and other essentials.

Cons

Very corporate and political. Too many transitions in leadership to maintain a steady relationship and following through on staff and hospital needs. Within three years, I had 3 RDOs, 3 doctor turnovers, and a full staff turnover happened right before I was hired. After giving so much to the company, I was clearly being pushed out and the day I left I have never felt so relieved.

Pros

Hands off corp allowing inter clinic goings on to shape itself

Cons

This corp does not pay well, does not care about licensure, and will allow management to dismantle from the inside out.
