      Great team focused environment with senior management engaging and listening to ideas and concerns from existing associates and residents on how to improve. The company is focused on growth and reputation. Great company with great people and great future.

      You will get paid penny’s on the dollar every week.

      Cons

      Everything. Lying management which will bait you along just to keep you working for cheap labor. Company wants you to follow there policy’s meanwhile upper management is taking every shady kickback under the sun. I was forced to use higher costing vendors for no reason except for the fact it benefitted certain managers in there pocket. Now there pumping there reviews with fake positive reviews to make working for them seem more desirable. Run go work for Fairfield.
