Heatherwood overall is a great company to work for. Management takes the time and effort to make sure their employees are well trained and knowledgeable. They are always striving to have their employees succeed in any given task. The people you work with feel more like a family than just coworkers. Not just in the department you work in, from management to maintenance and in between, everyone is always willing to help each other.
