Pros

Job pays the bills. Year end bonuses for managers, paid after 2 years. Hong Kong based family business.

Cons

Very few good coworkers. Managers often dump problems and losses on the employees. Corporate policy and structural flaws are overlooked in a regulatory environment causing negligence and violations in favor of immediate revenue to keep the managers afloat. This place is full of conflict and duplicity.
