Pros

New to the company, but not to working as an Analyst Coder. I’ve been doing this for almost a decade now, and I’m more than satisfied with the work environment I’ve so far experienced at HeiTech. It’s a huge upgrade from the last company I worked for, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I ended up sticking around a while.

Cons

I haven’t noticed any major red flags yet.

Pros

It's been an amazing first year. This company is everything I've ever looked for in an employer. They really look after their staff, they’re dedicated to their clients and all managers want to work with you. If you can't be successful here, you won't ever be! Excited to be part of the team and super excited for the future.

Cons

None! The culture is real and everyone loves working here.
