This is the first contract company I've worked for where I felt the company actually cared for their employees. While some say they'd rather have higher pay than a Christmas party at Dave and Busters, I actually enjoy the functions they make available for employees. I've had fun at all of them so far. And monthly they chose employees to meet the owners and even fly in ones from their out of town sites. Benefit and retirement packages are good and I have no complaints.
Cons
I think for the amount of work we do at our location, we do need more money. We are a very high volume office and are often helping other teams with their work.
The environment can be very relaxed if you stay under the radar; great place to attend university while working full-time; flexible with vacations (although some people have a hard time getting vacation approved)
Cons
Pay is not great; there are no incentives to boost employee moral; there is a very visible glass ceiling; not many promotions available when they finally come around; no raises; no bonuses; some micromanagement and favoritism; not much professionalism among employees or upper management
