Pros

Companies that they have tied up with are pretty good. On time salary.

Cons

In client pace, client rules. HM does not have any control over salary hikes. Actually no one is aware what is happening.

Painful, Unmotivating, Forgetful

Pros

Good for people who do not want to work in US staffing. Can sit and relax

Cons

No clients No knowledge of business All recruiter need to have 2 starts/month but they do not even have 5 orders for every recruiter No incentive plan. Incentives for September and October are still pending. Hire and fire policy
