Worst company ever in my 8 yrs of experience

No pros. Never join this comany. I never met any person as i am working at TCS pune on H&M payroll. I have faced so many problems and finally left this company. This is bigest mistake. I have read reviews about this company here but i thought not all the reviews true, but now i can say good reviews about this company are fake and -ve reviews are only true. NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.

There are so many cons i will write in short, 1. You wont get your salary on time, If you not allocated to project the you wont get salary. I was working at client location and i was supposed to join on 7 Oct but client dont know about that. SO once i reached at client site then they got to know i am joining. Then they asking everyday to come and sit at reception. Finally the allow me to enter premises on 21 Oct. So These guys didnt gave salary from they gave me salary from 21st. That too after 2 months after so many emails. 2. If you dont fill timesheet you wont get salary they treat that as a leave. 3. No as such HR or contact person. No help from management. 4. Even if you dont have option dont join this worst company. 5. You wont get your PF. I am trying to withdraw PF from last 16 months. I have sent almost 20-24 emails to these people they are not responding. That means you loose your PF. So these is nothing to work for this company. You just got to many irritations and stress from these guys.
