Pros

Hybrid work schedule, a lot of internal promotions, a lot of long-term employees still around, nice benefits and incentive programs, get off at 12 on Fridays, HR is really proactive, management is really approachable.

Cons

hybrid schedule is only remote one day out of the week, somewhat short staffed
