High level of responsibility, diverse workload and lots of opportunity to learn new skills and develop understanding of subsea IRM, well intervention and P&A, perfect role to develop relationships with senior personnel at operators and service companies, good bridge from a field-based position to a more high level detailed engineering and operations management role, open-door culture, modern office and great canteen, great team, great salary

Heavy workload, communication not great occasionally, work-life balance can be a struggle in offshore positions when the market is busy
