Pros

Great food, the ship accommodations were nice. Good interaction between deck and engine staff.

Cons

Pay was on lower end for cadet work in the gulf of mexico. Not a high retention rate for employees. Looked like they pulled primary workforce solely from Woodgroup.

Pros

Acceptable salary and, at least for me, a satisfying match for my background and position. Need to be in the right group.

Cons

Small business mentality does not work when trying to convert to corporate environment. Agree with another reviewer - HR a joke.
